At Hamilton Watts our service includes management of the entire immigration process, this covers:

  • Preparation of all necessary submissions, addressing the relevant migration legislation, to the Department of Immigration in Australia or to Australian Visa Offices overseas
  • Ongoing liaison with Immigration and other involved government authorities as required
  • Ongoing progress reporting to ensure that you are aware of any developments in the processing of your application
  • Please note that a number of family and independent migration pathways require the applicant to hold a temporary or provisional visa prior to becoming eligible for a permanent visa. Hamilton Watts is one of Australia’s longest running visa consultancies and you can rest assured that we will be around to provide migration assistance for all stages of your application. We will also advise you of our professional fees for all stages of the process prior to starting. We do not charge by the hour and have no hidden costs.

During the consultation we will seek to establish the most appropriate visa categories for you by discussing your current circumstances in detail. We will provide you with frank and honest immigration advice and point out any issues that you may face.

In the event that you or your family members are not eligible for a visa under existing legislation we will tell you so. This will save you the time and expense of making an application which will ultimately not be successful.
